      The North Platte Telegraph The Nebraska Legislature sent a final bill to Governor Dave Heineman on Wednesday that will outlaw synthetic canna-boids, such as K2, as well as many of the chemicals used to manufacture synthetic drugs. The bill will ban an entire class of chemicals used to make a substance that mimics the effects of marijuana - and is currently legal to possess and sell in the state.
